Problem/Challenge in the Sector

Aerospace and defense systems require absolute reliability under extreme conditions—from high-pressure propulsion systems to the vacuum of space. A single valve failure can compromise mission success, safety, and millions in equipment. Conventional seals often degrade under temperature swings, vibration, and high-cycle operations.

MagDrive Solves Cryogenic Helium Leaks

MagDrive solved the hardest problem first – containing cryogenic helium in the vacuum of space. Working with NASA MagDrive delivered zero emission cryogenic valves for fuel lines loaded with high-pressure helium. With zero emission performance, validated by the team at Johnson Space Center, MagDrive created a new standard for aerospace valves.
